PAY YOUR BILL

Tampa General Hospital proudly offers an online bill paying service to our patients. Our Bill Pay service is convenient and quick, allowing you to easily pay your TGH bill online. Simply access our online Bill Pay service to begin the payment process. If you have questions, please refer to the list of frequently asked questions and answers below.

What information will I need to pay my TGH bill online?

Please have your patient statement and your credit card or bank account information in front of you before using the Bill Pay service. When you access the Bill Pay service, you will first need to enter your Patient Account Number (found in the upper right corner of your patient statement) and your date of birth. Be sure to enter your date of birth in the following format, including slashes: mm/dd/yyyy. Then click the “Pay Now” button.

What if I have questions or need assistance to pay my bill online?

For questions about your hospital bill, please email mybill@tgh.org or call Patient Financial Services at  813-844-7291, Monday - Friday, 8  a.m. - 4:30 p.m. MyChart users can also submit billing questions via their MyChart account by clicking “Billing” and then “See Account Detail”  where users will see an option to send a customer service request.
