Pay Your Bill Online
Tampa General Hospital makes it easy and convenient for you to pay your bill online through MyChart . Simply log in to your MyChart account, or, if you don’t have an account, you can pay as a guest.

What information will I need to pay my TGH bill online?
If you have a MyChart account, log into MyChart and select the billing icon to make your payment.
To pay as a guest, you’ll need your patient account number and last name. Enter these details, click “Look Up,” and follow the prompts to complete your payment.
What if I have questions or need assistance to pay my bill online?
For questions about your hospital bill, please email mybill@tgh.org or call Patient Financial Services at 813-844-7291, Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. MyChart users can also submit billing questions via their MyChart account by clicking “Billing” and then “See Account Detail” where users will see an option to send a customer service request. If you do not have a MyChart account, request an activation code and get started
