Health Insurance Marketplace Assistance
In partnership with USF and the Family Healthcare Foundation, Tampa General Hospital is equipped with licensed Healthcare Navigators who serve patients and the community all year long.
A navigator’s mission is to increase awareness among the uninsured or underinsured about affordable health care coverage options available. Navigators also assist consumers through and beyond the Health Insurance Marketplace enrollment process.
Open enrollment runs from Nov. 1, 2024 through Jan. 15, 2025 and our navigators continue to work after that period to assist consumers during special enrollment.
