P. Mark Glencross, MD, MPH, FACOEM, FAAPMR is a residency trained and board-certified physician in Occupational Medicine. He is triple boarded in three medical specialties; the others are Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation, and Sports Medicine. He is an ACOEM and AAPMR Fellow member of his respective medical societies. And has been trained at Ohio State, University of Michigan, University of Tennessee, and Harvard University.

In the 10 yrs. prior to arriving at Tampa General Hospital in 2022 he was national, regional, and corporate Medical Director for Goodyear, BP (formerly British Petroleum), Methodist Hospitals (Houston), expert evaluator for Texas Division of Workers’ Compensation, and principal OM contractor for Texas A&M University system. He has worked both as a corporate medical director with various industries and as an expert treating specialty physician.

Dr. Glencross has been an Occupational Medicine physician for over 25 years and has practice in several states: CA, FL, GA, KS, OH, LA, MA, NC, NM, OK, TX, VI. In his prior roles, he has helped assure the safety and health of workers in hospitals, camera, film, semiconductor, chemical, petroleum and tire manufacturing, veterinary, firefighting, police, arts and entertainment, aviation, maritime, mining, offshore oil, and university research, and others.

He is currently the Director of Occupational Medicine and Team Member Health at Tampa General Hospital and is also a physiatrist and sports medicine specialist. In his current position, he oversees the medical direction and strategic clinical partnerships at OneTGH Employer Solutions.
