  • Creativity for the Mind - The Arts and Mindfulness: Combining the awareness of art making and mindfulness practices, we will explore how to refocus the mind, relax the body, and reconnect with ourselves and others. Stress is hard on the mind and body, and it often is difficult to stop in the middle of a busy day. We will discuss how to recognize the fight or flight stress response in the body and how to reverse it quickly and effectively, wherever, whenever it is needed. No need to have a perfect, quiet environment! Using writing practices, visual arts practices, music selection and music making (singing and drumming), this session will help participants discover a self-care practice for greater resilience.
  • Finding Your Voice/ Singing for Stress Relief: Do you know what it feels like to speak and sing with comfort? This singing session is unlike any other. We will explore the Zen of singing. We will discover how to tap into our individual tone, how to strengthen the lungs and diaphragm, how to speak and sing with comfort, and how to use singing as a form of meditation and relaxation for the mind and the body. No experience is necessary.
  • Guided Meditation: Meditation has been proven to ease anxiety and depression, bolster self-confidence, reduce stress and inflammation, and improve sleep and brain health. Many people feel that they "can't meditate," but this workshop will help build on a variety of meditation techniques to help inform how meditation can be for everyone. No experience is necessary.
  • Mind & Body in Relation to Emotional and Physical Health: Using a variety of creative Integrative Medicine practices, we will explore how to refocus the mind, relax the body, and reconnect with ourselves and others. We will discuss how to recognize the fight or flight stress response in the body and how to reverse it quickly and effectively. Participants will be able to experience the physiological benefits of turning on the parasympathetic nervous system. This session aims to help participants discover self-care practice for greater resilience and to understand why a self-care practice is necessary in today's world.
  • Mind Full or Mindful: Slow the Mind to Boost Resilience: Learn about the mind/body practice of meditation, the benefits of practicing, and applicable resources. Discover how bringing the mind to the present moment can help reduce stress and build your resilience. You will actually experience a meditation during this workshop and explore ways to work more effectively with inner thoughts and feelings.
  • Music for the Mind: Music as Meditation: Singing and drumming are the oldest human forms of music-making. Participants will reflect on how to choose music and how to engage with music, using the voice and rhythm, as a form of self-care. We will discuss how to be aware of sound in our environment and how the brain and body reacts to sound, potentially sending us into the fight or flight response. Contrastingly, singing and drumming are practices that put us into a flow state. We will discuss the benefits of singing and drumming on the brain and body, as well as how to use them both as forms of meditation and relaxation. No experience is necessary.
  • Relaxation for the Active Mind: Movement, the Arts and Mindfulness: Many people feel that they just can't shut off their mind. That is normal and not necessary. Instead, we will learn how refocus an active mind, relax a stressed body, and reconnect with ourselves and others, through mindful movement and mindful art making practices. This session is especially effective for stimulating the area of the brain for executive decision making, creative thought and for stimulating a relaxed mental and physical state.
  • Taking Care of You: Abandoning Work/Life Balance, Identifying Stressors and Symptoms Using Recovery Strategies: With so many priorities in life it can be impossible to truly “balance” it all. Abandon the idea of work/life balance and embrace the idea of work/life blend! You will also learn how to identify your stress symptoms, how stress can be your friend, and simple recovery strategies.

Annual Physicals

Biometric Screenings

Body Composition Assessments

What does the number on the scale really mean? In regard to overall health, weight is not nearly as important as the composition of that weight. A body composition within the recommended range suggests you have less risk of developing obesity-related diseases. With the body composition assessment, you will learn your: Body Fat %, Muscle Mass, Fat Free Mass, Total Body Water, Basal Metabolic Rate, Metabolic Age, Visceral Fat Rating.

Blood Pressure Screening Services

The OneTGH blood pressure screening service will help identify if your team member is at risk for hypertension. You have the option of selecting one or two nurses to accommodate your event. The nurse will check your team member's blood pressure and provide their results on an overview form with reference values. They will receive educational materials to support the reduction of high blood pressure if applicable.

Studies show that the benefits of corporate massages are almost instant. The brain begins to recharge in just a few minutes and tired muscles feel rejuvenated right away. Not only does massage benefit your employees, but also your company. Rested workers are relaxed, energetic and ready to be more productive. What better way to tell your employees that you care about their physical and mental well-being?

Colorectal Cancer Program

Colon cancer is the 2nd leading cause of cancer-related deaths but when caught in early stages, colon cancer is more treatable in about 90% of people. OneTGH Employer Solutions Colorectal Cancer Screening Program offers in-home Cologuard screening tests to help your employees get screened regularly. Our Registered Nurses and Advanced Practice Providers will work with employees to identify risk for colon cancer and refer to diagnostic testing as needed. Together, our program goal is to help increase the chances of finding, treating, and potentially surviving colon cancer.

Heart Screening

Tampa General Hospital, in partnership with AngioScreen®, is offering on-site heart screening for employees at their job sites. Our goal is to provide your workplace with an increased knowledge and awareness of the risk for heart disease and stroke through preventive vascular screening. AngioScreen® is a screening used in detecting vascular disease, the leading cause of heart attacks and strokes! The testing is mobile, noninvasive, and involves no radiation and no needles.

Mammogram Screening

OneTGH offers a mammo program for your employees! Your employees will have their 3-D mammography screening at TGH Imaging and follow up care may be provided as needed to a PCP or an oncologist. Participants receive pink goody bags with information on breast health. Contact OneTGH today, to sign up your workforce for our mammo program!

Ergonomic Assessments

Sleep Apnea Screening

Utilize our current employee health screening tool to identify those at high risk for sleep apnea. Once the screening tool identifies those at high risk for sleep apnea, the employee will then be offered a HST (Home Sleep Test) that will be used overnight to diagnose sleep apnea. Care navigation is then provided for the employee to follow up with TGH/USF Sleep Clinic or their PCP.

Vaccination Clinics

OneTGH can bill to insurance for flu vaccines and Covid Booster onsite or charge fee for service. Billing can be completed through eligible insurance plans or direct invoicing to your organization. Learn more about our onsite flu clinics here.
