I have my Bachelors in Health Services Administration and my career began within the non-profit industry. I provided vocational rehabilitation and employment services to the underserved and vulnerable populations. I assessed medical, physical and socioeconomic barriers to create reasonable accommodation plans and/or identify employment resources to improve the individuals’ quality of life. I transitioned into Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) supporting high volume and hard-to-fill roles for healthcare, human resources, finance, logistics, retail and shared services. Throughout my career, I have maintained a commitment to excellence, prioritizing positive experiences for candidates, hiring managers and the organizations I serve.

Outside of work, you will find me surrounded by family, friends and loved ones. I’m from Queens, NY so I love going to the beach and enjoying the sunny weather. I also like listening to podcasts, exploring new restaurants, and indulging in creative projects like arts and crafts.
