My career in Healthcare Administration began 13 years ago as a Front Desk receptionist for an Optometrist office in my hometown New Jersey. I quickly advanced to staffing and recruitment management in Optometry and Staffing Agencies to now being part of TGH. I am a strong advocate for people and driven to help them in any way that I can. I can effectively identify, communicate, and acquire top talent that sustains the organization’s mission, vision, and core values. The daily goal I set out for myself is to do the best I can while doing good to others and this has continued to strengthen my personal and professional relationships.

When I am not working you can find me spending my time with family, friends, my husband, and our fur baby Gemini. I love the beach, walking the River walk, creating and reading (romance novels and self-help books being my top genres) Of all my hobbies, my favorite is creating and singing.
