In her previous roles, Dr. Rinde-Hoffman led the Heart Transplant Program for decades, established and led the LVAD program, established the Heart Failure Center of Excellence, co-established Florida’s first comprehensive Cardiogenic Shock Program, and firmly established the reputation of TGH’s Advance Heart Failure programs amongst some of the world’s best. In her new role, Dr. Rinde-Hoffman will expand her successes in heart failure to the entire HVI by developing the HVI network and reputation across the region, state, nation and the world. She will be responsible for establishing new connections and relationships with major academic medical centers and thought leaders around the world, thereby enhancing clinical, scientific and business collaboration opportunities. Her office will divulge the work that we do to national and international partners, thereby increasing our reputation and preeminence. This is a role for which Dr. Rinde-Hoffman is uniquely qualified, given her national and international presence, existing vast network, as well as her collaborative and communicative skills.
