Rachel Feinman, VP of Innovation and Managing Director of TGH Ventures



Rachel Feinman serves as the VP of Innovation at TGH and Managing Director of TGH Ventures where she leads innovation projects and partnerships for the health system, as well as manages venture investing on behalf of Tampa General Hospital. Rachel brings over twelve years of corporate law experience, where she provided legal counsel on M&A, Private Equity, and Venture Capital transactions. She is also an experienced innovation professional, having most recently served as the Executive Director for the Florida-Israel Business Accelerator prior to joining Tampa General Hospital.At the Florida Israel Business Accelerator, Rachel was responsible for supporting diverse startups in health care and other industry sectors in their efforts to expand from Israel to the U.S. market, including everything from raising capital to acquiring customers.

Rachel holds a J.D. with a concentration in Intellectual Property from Cardozo School of Law and a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Florida.


Jason Swoboda, Director of Innovation


Jason Swoboda, TGH Innoventures


Jason Swoboda serves as the Director of Innovation at Tampa General Hospital where he helps steward innovation projects and initiatives. He brings over thirteen years of project management experience in health care.

Prior to joining Tampa General, Jason spent over seven years as a physical therapist helping patients. Jason holds a B.S. in Physical Therapy from University of Missouri-Columbia and an MBA from University of Missouri Trulaske College of Business.


Anthony Zlaket, Investment Manager

Anthony currently serves as an investor at Tampa General Hospital where he helps lead all investment activities including sourcing, diligence, execution and post-investment support. Prior to joining Tampa General, Anthony served as an investor at UnityPoint Health Ventures and co-founded an orthopedic medical device. He brings significant experience in investing and operating along with a deep understanding of the opportunities and challenges presented to startup companies.

In his free time, Anthony is a Global Shaper with the World Economic Forum and a board member with the American Red Cross where he leads social projects on an international scale. Whether it is designing low-cost ventilators for developing countries or building schools for refugees, his efforts have always been driven by impact while helping humanity with our most challenging problems. Anthony holds a dual Master’s in Design Engineering and Management from Harvard University and CentraleSupelec (Paris, France) and a Bachelor’s in Biomedical Engineering from Arizona State University.
