Genitourinary Cancer Specialist, Tampa General Hospital Dr. Mayer Fishman has more than 20 years of experience in medical oncology, specializing in urologic oncology. With a focus on creating longitudinal plans for patient care, Dr. Fishman utilizes emerging therapies and medication options to coordinate chemotherapy, medical therapy, radiation and surgical services. Dr. Fishman’s expertise in innovative care is matched by his teaching and administrative experience. In addition to spending more than 18 years on the medical staff and in different committees at H. Lee Moffitt Cancer Center in Tampa, Fla., he also served as a professor in the Department of Internal Medicine at USF Health Morsani College of Medicine in Tampa. Over 80 fellows have rotated through his clinic. Dr. Fishman has more than 100 publications to his credit and has been invited to speak on a variety of oncology topics at lectures and seminars. He is a current member of the American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO), European Society for Medical Oncology (ESMO) and American Association for Cancer Research (AACR). |

Abraham Schwarzberg, MD Abraham Schwarzberg, MD, formerly a clinical instructor of medicine at Harvard Medical School and staff physician at Massachusetts General Hospital’s department of medical oncology, has an ongoing commitment to academic medicine and clinical research. Dr. Schwarzberg received his medical oncology and hematology training at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute and his internal medicine training at Brigham & Women’s Hospital, both in Boston. |
