Luke Posgai, PharmD

Luke was born and raised in Clearwater, Florida. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Sciences with a Minor in Nutrition from the University of South Florida before attending the University of Florida for his Doctor of Pharmacy Degree. During pharmacy school, he was an active member in various student organizations including the American Pharmacist Association Academy of Student Pharmacists and American College of Clinical Pharmacy. Luke completed a majority of his clinical rotations at Tampa General Hospital where he was able to gain exposure to several different areas within the pharmacy department. During his free time outside of pharmacy, he enjoys spending time with his family and friends, playing basketball, cooking, and playing guitar. Luke completed his PGY1 at TGH and is very excited to continue on for another year of training as the PGY2 Critical Care resident.
Hannah Chapman, PharmD
PGY2 Pharmacy Resident – Emergency Medicine, hchapman@tgh.org
Hannah was born and raised in Southeast Massachusetts. She completed her undergraduate at The College of the Holy Cross earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in chemistry in 2020. During the peak of the pandemic, she went on to complete an accelerated Doctor of Pharmacy program, with a geriatrics concentration, from Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences in 2023. During school, Hannah was president of the American Pharmacist Association and the Rho Chi Honor society and held various leadership positions in the Phi Lambda Sigma Leadership Society, the American Society of Consultant Pharmacists, and the American Society of Health-System Pharmacists. She also worked in retail, was a medication history technician at a local hospital, a peer tutor and teacher’s assistant. Hannah completed her PGY1 at Rhode Island Hospital in Providence, Rhode Island. She became interested in emergency medicine (EM) through her rotational experiences and has taken on additional EM focused projects outside of residency obligations to further contribute to the field and foster her love for EM. In her free time Hannah enjoys trying new restaurants, participating in workout classes, being the commissioner of her fantasy football league, and spending time with family and friends.
Savannah Nelson, PharmD
PGY2 Pharmacy Resident – Ambulatory Care, snelson@tgh.org
Savannah was born in Arlington, TX and raised in Fleming Island, FL. She obtained her Bachelor of Science degrees in Nutritional Sciences and Biology before continuing at the University of Florida for her Doctor of Pharmacy. While at UF, Savannah was heavily involved as a leader in organizations such as the American Pharmacists Association – Academy of Student Pharmacists, Rho Chi Pharmaceutical Honor Society, and Phi Delta Chi. Throughout pharmacy school, she worked as a pharmacy intern at MedWiseRx Clinical Contact Center, where she developed a passion for direct patient care and education about their medications, chronic conditions, and lifestyles. Outside of pharmacy, Savannah loves to run half and full marathons, spend time with her family boating, and cheer on the Tampa Bay Lightning hockey team. She is thrilled to continue her post-graduate training at TGH as a PGY2 Ambulatory Care Resident after completing her PGY1 here!
Jean Kim, PharmD
PGY2 Pharmacy Resident – Solid Organ Transplant, jeankim@tgh.org
Jean is originally from Houston, Texas. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nutrition from Texas A&M University in College Station and her Doctor of Pharmacy from the University of Houston. Throughout pharmacy school, she worked as a pharmacy intern at Sam's Club Pharmacy and completed most of her clinical rotations in the Texas Medical Center where she initially became interested in solid organ transplant. Jean completed her PGY1 Pharmacy Resident at UPMC Presbyterian in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and is excited to continue her training at Tampa General Hospital. Outside of pharmacy, Jean enjoys spending time outdoors, playing tennis, hiking, snowboarding, watching shows, trying new restaurants, and spending time with family and friends.
Natt Patimavirujh, PharmD
PGY2 Pharmacy Resident – Infectious Diseases, npatimavirujh@tgh.org
Natt was born in Bangkok, Thailand and moved to his home city of Savannah, GA. He obtained his Doctor of Pharmacy Degree from the University of Georgia College of Pharmacy in Athens, GA. As a student, Natt was involved and held executive positions in the Georgia Society of Health-Systems Pharmacists student organization and Rho Chi Society UGA chapter. Previously during pharmacy school, he worked as a pharmacy intern at Kroger pharmacy and at Memorial Health University Medical Center to gain firsthand experience of the makings of a pharmacist. Natt completed his PGY-1 residency at Ochsner Medical Center in Jefferson, LA where he cemented his passion for infectious diseases taking care of the diverse immunocompromised patient population in New Orleans and the surrounding areas. Outside of work, Natt enjoys swimming and his newfound love for cooking, with his favorite dish being Thai spring rolls. Also, Natt spends time with friends back home by playing cooperative video games to catch up when he cannot be in-person. Natt is looking forward to growing as a clinician as the PGY-2 Infectious Diseases pharmacy resident!
Alexander Coughlin, PharmD

Alex was born and raised in Valrico, Florida. He completed his bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Sciences and Doctor of Pharmacy degree at the University of South Florida. During pharmacy school, he was a leader and active member in various student organizations, including the American Pharmacist Association- Academy of Student Pharmacists, the Beta Tau Chapter of Kappa Epsilon Professional Pharmacy Fraternity, and the student-run BRIDGE Healthcare Clinic. Alex completed four of his APPE rotations and gained exposure to various pharmacy departments at Tampa General Hospital. In his free time, Alex enjoys spending quality time with his loved ones, cooking, and finding unique items while thrifting.
Isabel Matt, PharmD

Isabel was born in Pensacola, Florida, but grew up all over the country in a military family. She completed her undergraduate degree at the University of Florida before heading to the University of North Carolina for pharmacy school. During pharmacy school, Isabel was president of the Carolina Association of Pharmacy Students, the umbrella organization for the student chapters of American Pharmacists Association, American Society of Health-System Pharmacists, and the North Carolina Association of Pharmacists. She also worked as a pharmacy technician in Duke University’s Sterile Preparations Cleanroom. Her practice area interests are in ambulatory care, oncology, and teaching and precepting. In her free time, Isabel loves to travel, be outdoors, and find new books to read!
Kaitlyn Kenyon, PharmD

Katie was born and raised in New Port Richey, Florida. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Biomedical Sciences before completing her Doctor of Pharmacy degree at the University of South Florida. During her time in pharmacy school, Katie was a leader and active member of various organizations, including the Student Society of Health-System Pharmacy, Student Leadership Council, and the Zeta Delta Chapter of the Kappa Psi Pharmaceutical Fraternity. She completed the majority of her fourth-year clinical rotations at Tampa General Hospital, gaining exposure to various areas within pharmacy, including infectious disease. Katie also worked as a pharmacy intern at St. Joseph’s Hospital North throughout pharmacy school. Outside of pharmacy, Katie enjoys taking long walks down Bayshore with her dog Honey, traveling, exploring new restaurants around Tampa, and supporting the Tampa Bay Lightning!
Megan Wolff, PharmD

Megan is a Florida native from Punta Gorda. She completed her undergraduate studies at the University of South Florida before pursuing her PharmD at the University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill. During her time at UNC, Megan held numerous leadership positions, including President of the North Carolina Association of Pharmacists and Liaison for the American College of Clinical Pharmacy. She has a strong passion for teaching and mentorship, having served as a Teaching Assistant and Peer Mentor throughout pharmacy school. During her fourth-year rotations, she further developed her clinical skills at UNC Medical Center. Outside of her professional pursuits, Megan enjoys cooking, reading, and spending time at the beach!
Jillian Walker, PharmD

Jillian was born in Chicago, Illinois and raised in Woodbury, Minnesota. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Biomedical Sciences at Auburn University - Main Campus and earned her Doctor of Pharmacy at the University of Florida - Gainesville Campus. While at UF, Jillian was heavily involved as a leader in organizations such as the Student National Pharmaceutical Association, Black Lives Student Coalition, and Kappa Epsilon. Throughout pharmacy school, she contributed to several research projects, helped facilitate the 3rd year Skills Lab, and worked as a pharmacy intern. Through these experiences she developed a passion for research, academia, and direct patient care. Outside of pharmacy, Jillian loves to visit Disney with her family and friends, travel across the country, and try new restaurants.
