Connect your fitness data to your MyChart electronic medical record for Tampa General Hospital or Tampa General Medical Group.

  1. Locate Apple Health app/icon on iPhone
  2. Click on Browse at bottom of screen
  3. Scroll down to add account
  4. Click on “Add Account”
  5. Add location services if prompted
  6. Search for Tampa General Hospital or Tampa General Medical Group
  7. Click on “Connect Account”
  8. Enter MyChart Credentials to link the two accounts
