During the course of this three-month program, participants will learn the fundamentals of how to excel as an emergency department nurse in an environment that embraces compassion and integrity. This program provides a solid foundation and encourages strong nurses who will become leaders in the department.There will be opportunities to shadow specialists in pediatric emergency room operations, triage and trauma/resuscitation. 

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) recommends that people who are moderately to severely immunocompromised receive a booster mRNA COVID-19 vaccine (Pfizer or Moderna) at least 28 days after the completion of the initial vaccine.
