  • 25 Contact Hours for RN, ARNP, CNS, LPN, CNA, RRT, CRT, Dietician, Nutritionist + Chaplain & HUC can submit to their boards. (SW CEs if any register)
  • ELNEC Trainer Certificate from AACN & PCRN or PCRP Certificate from TGH (Palliative Care Resource Nurse/Palliative Care Resource Professional) after attending all 3 days
  • Flash Drive from AACN with all slides, talking points, & supplemental materials after attending all 3 days

    • Florida Board of Nursing, FBN Provider Number 2581, CE Broker Number 50-472

    Additional Information: Registrations must include full tuition payment to be processed. Registrations without payment will not be accepted. Please provide a valid email address.
