I joined the Tampa General Hospital team in 2015 after moving from Central America with a background in human resources and logistics. As a part of this wonderful organization that cultivates growth and development, I was given the opportunity to serve in different areas within the People and Talent division, acquiring a wide understanding of the support and partnership provided to our team members. Specializing in talent acquisition for health care has truly been my passion, and I proudly share my knowledge and experience with others to encourage them to achieve their dream roles.

During my down time, I enjoy spending time with my family, exploring new places and learning historic landmarks as well as appreciating art and music. Currently, I am diving into cooking classes to expand my family’s culinary interests and keep the traditions shared with us. I’m excited to meet you and learn more about your interest.
