I joined Tampa General Hospital in 2008 as part of the human resources team, onboarding new physicians and nursing team members. Before I became a part of Talent Acquisition, I spent several years with the Volunteer Services team, recruiting some of the incredible individuals who generously dedicate their time to TGH. Thanks to the leadership, coaching and support of many, and a culture that fosters the development of its team members, I have been blessed to learn and move through different roles within the organization.
I am originally from Panama, home to one of the “Seven Wonders of the Modern World” — the Panama Canal. I love to spend time with my family, and I enjoy sunny days the beach and reading a good book. I look forward to helping you find a home with us at TGH.
